Yes, if the person is not careful enough. There are actually two possible ways:

1. The privately registered domain is on the same IP address as other domain names owned by the same person, but these other domains are not privately registered. In that case, you do a WHOIS search on those other domains. The problem with this is that if the IP is shared by hundreds or thousands of sites, you might not know which “other” domains to look for.
2. The privately registered domain has custom name servers, where the name server domain name is owned by the same person and is not privately registered. In this case, you do a WHOIS search on the name server domain name.
