Keep Blogspot blog or move?

You have a well-ranking, solid-PR Blogspot blog, but now you want to move to WordPress and put the blog on its own domain. Should you transfer the Blogspot content to Wordpress? Should you continue posting to Blogspot? Or, would it be better to just leave the Blogspot blog alone and start the WordPress blog from scratch?

Can one page rank for more than one keyword? Does it make sense to try to rank for two or more search terms with one webpage? How many keywords should you target per page?
