Should you choose a domain name that has your main keyword in it, even if it doesn’t sound that attractive? Or, is a catchy easily brandable domain name better?

Somebody wrote a negative comment about your company on a popular forum and now it ranks in Top 10 for your company’s name. Is there anything you can do about this? Can you cause the negative comments to disappear from the SERPs?
